Trump Sends Cryptic Message To Biden After He Didn’t Pardon Himself

### Trump Criticizes Biden for Not Pardoning Himself

In a Wednesday interview with Sean Hannity, former President Trump criticized Joe Biden for not preemptively pardoning himself before leaving office. Trump claimed Biden received “very bad advice” and missed an opportunity to protect himself legally.

“This guy went around giving everybody pardons,” Trump said, referring to Biden’s decisions to pardon family members and critics, including Gen. Mark Milley and former Rep. Liz Cheney. Trump suggested Congress should investigate Biden but deferred the decision to lawmakers.

Trump shared that his advisers offered him the option to pardon himself during his presidency, but he declined, stating, “We didn’t do anything wrong.” Legal experts note that while a self-pardon could shield against federal charges, it wouldn’t protect against state cases like those Trump faces in New York and Georgia.

Additionally, Rep. Barry Loudermilk revealed House Republicans plan to investigate the legitimacy of the January 6 Committee, questioning whether its probe was politically motivated rather than focused on broader security failures.
